We can all communicate with spirits – we all have probably experienced sudden insights, realizations, and knowings sometimes. Sometimes a dream or simple intuitive hit leaves us wondering if it is something more. It may happen even unknown to us – a thought pops into our heads at just the right moment, or we remember something we forgot at a helpful time.
Through education, training, practice, meditation, and other activities, I have developed this ability over the last 10 years or so.
